اجرای مدل SIMPLE در HydroCrop، کنترل پارامترها، تحلیل سناریو و خروجیگیری از نتایج.
این داشبورد برای اجرای تعاملی مدل SIMPLE ساخته شده است: کاربر میتواند داده هواشناسی روزانه را بارگذاری کند، ستونها را به متغیرهای مدل نگاشت کند، پارامترهای محصول/رقم/خاک/مدیریت را ویرایش کند و خروجیها را به شکل نمودار، جدول و فایل قابل بازتولید دریافت کند.
موتور محاسباتی Python از منطق پیادهسازی R موجود در همین repository پیروی میکند و کدهای اصلی R را جایگزین یا حذف نمیکند.
ستونهای ضروری شامل Date یا DATE، TMAX، TMIN، RAIN و SRAD هستند. تاریخ میتواند به صورت YYYY-MM-DD یا فرمت YYDDD مثل 18122 باشد.
ستونهای CO2، IRRIGATION و ET0 اختیاری هستند. اگر IRRIGATION نباشد مقدار آن صفر فرض میشود. اگر ET0 در فایل باشد همان استفاده میشود؛ در غیر این صورت ET0 با Priestley-Taylor محاسبه میشود.
Species parameters ویژگیهای عمومی محصول را تعریف میکنند: دمای پایه، دمای بهینه، RUE، حساسیت به گرما، آب و CO2.
Cultivar parameters ویژگیهای رقم را تعریف میکنند: نیاز حرارتی، شاخص برداشت و شکل منحنی fSolar.
Soil parameters تراز آب ساده مدل را کنترل میکنند: AWC، RCN، DDC و RZD.
Management variables تاریخ کشت/برداشت، CO2، شرایط اولیه و فعال بودن تنش آبی را کنترل میکنند.
خروجی روزانه شامل TT، fSolar، Biomass، dBiomass، Yield، F_Temp، F_Heat، F_CO2، F_Water، ARID، WAT، PAW و ETO است.
کارتهای خلاصه عملکرد نهایی، زیستتوده نهایی، تاریخ رسیدگی، بارش کل، آبیاری کل و شاخصهای تنش را نشان میدهند.
در هر فیلد سناریو میتوانید چند مقدار با کاما وارد کنید. هر مقدار به صورت یک سناریوی مستقل نسبت به baseline اجرا میشود.
سناریوها شامل تغییر دما، CO2، ضریب بارش، تغییر آبیاری، RUE، HI، Tsum، Swater و SCO2 هستند.
عدمقطعیت با نمونهگیری Monte Carlo اجرا میشود و برای Yield/Biomass صدکها و حساسیت پارامترها گزارش میگردد.
Scenario Matrix همه ترکیبهای تعریفشده (دما، CO2، بارش، آبیاری، RUE و HI) را اجرا میکند و رتبهبندی خروجیها را میدهد.
مدل فعلی مواد غذایی، photoperiod، vernalization، آفات، بیماری، یخزدگی و رطوبت اضافی را شبیهسازی نمیکند.
تراز آب ساده است و برای تصمیمهای مدیریتی حساس باید با داده محلی و کالیبراسیون بررسی شود.
